  • To reach the Colosseum just take the line b colosseum stop.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    Colosseum<\/strong> is a stop on the Rome Metro Line B<\/strong>located in the Monti district and inaugurated in 1955.\u00a0<\/p>

    The stop has two entrances: the first in Piazza del Colosseo and the second in Largo Gaetana Agnesi.<\/p>

    Opposite the main entrance to the station is the Colosseum<\/strong> and theArch of Constantine<\/strong>while proceeding along Via dei Fori Imperiali you can reach piazza Venezia<\/strong> and the Capitol<\/strong> as well as neighbours archaeological sites of the Roman Forum<\/strong>of the Palatine<\/strong>of the Ludus Magnus<\/strong>of the Domus Aurea<\/strong> and the Imperial Forums<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Also near the station are: Colle Oppio, with the Basilica of St Peter in Chains<\/strong> and some vestiges of the Domus Aurea, the Basilica of Santo Stefano Rotondo al Celio<\/strong>, the Basilica of Saints John and Paul<\/strong>, the Basilica of the Four Crowned Saints<\/strong>, the Basilica of San Clemente al Laterano<\/strong> and the Basilica of Saints Cosmas and Damian.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
